As Part of Our Criminal Practice:
One of the goals in handling criminal cases is to seek alternatives to incarceration and to avoid a criminal record for our clients. Our team often works with the court and Prosecutors’ offices in developing plans to address possible underlying issues to avoid recidivism.
We also represent clients during the investigation stage of federal and state criminal and/or civil cases. We have been successful in avoiding charges from being brought against our clients in many instances.
